The 6795-C is a two-flavor countertop frozen beverage machine great for ultra-high-volume applications. Patented freezing technology makes for quick freeze and recovery times, is more efficient, and uses less energy per serving than other brands.
Dual controls allow the operator to serve different products from either side of the machine, varying the menu with options like shakes, smoothies, frozen coffee drinks, margaritas, or other frozen cocktails.
Pre-cooling in the hopper refrigerates product before entering the freezing cylinder, further improving the freeze down time – it also means this model carries food safety approval for storing product overnight, including dairy.
