Kool-It Signature prep tables use an environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain safe holding temperatures. It optimizes internal air circulation for thermal consistency, and operators can modify temperatures between 33 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit with the digital control monitor. To minimize temperature fluctuations, the base is insulated with foamed-in-place, high-density, CFC-free polyurethane, while an automatic defrost mechanism prevents ice buildup.
