Axis AX-S14 ULTRA 14" Manual Meat Slicer

The AX-S14 ULTRA is a manual, gravity feed food slicer from with a 14" diameter hard chrome-plated blade that runs at 300 RPM and can cut to an adjustable thickness from tissue thin to 9/16 in.   slices. The full gravity feed uses a 30 degree angle that requires less pressure and helps food slide easily on the gauge plate.
