True TSSU-72 72" Sandwich Prep Table

The True TSSU-72-12-HC sandwich and salad prep table provides condensing unit access from the back of the cabinet to support maintenance. Product is held at precise temperatures from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit by the unit's forced-air design, which provides uniform temperature to the food pans and cabinet interior. High-volume, low-velocity airflow is achieved with the sealed, self-lubricating evaporator fan motors and large fan blades.
