Larkin Oven (OH) Hoods

The OH is a heat removal hood typically used over non-grease producing equipment

Use for non-grease producing equipment includin, ovens, warmers and stock kettles, etc. The OH hood is not required to meet NFPA96 Standards, however, when these hoods are a part of a total kitchen design, the air exhausted from the hood must be considered.
