Good for running multiple pans at a time, the Sierra Range SR-4-24 gas range has four burners, each producing 30,000 BTU of cooking heat. These burners have cast iron grates, transmitting heat efficiently and effectively from the burner to the pan. A crumb tray beneath the burners catches loose food matter to streamline cleaning.
