Using the latest advancement in air impingement technology, Impinger ovens allow for rapid heating, cooking, baking, and crisping of foods. The Impinger oven can be stacked two high for maximum cooking capacity. With a 32" (813mm) wide conveyor belt and 40" (1016mm) baking chamber, each oven can replace up to three full-size deck ovens. 

• Ovens are dismantled and cleaned, and all stainless steel is rebrushed & all new insulation is installed
• Axial fan is installed & electrical components are replaced and a digital speed control is installed
• 110V NEW STYLE back is installed (3-blade fan, no exhaust hole is replaced with new or rebuilt)
• Electronic gas valve is installed and electronic pilot valve & new burn tube are installed
• All new gas plumbing is run
• DC motor replaced with new or rebuilt motor
