The Migali C-HP-6-36 6-burner, counter-top hot plate is excellent for cooking appetizers and entrees. This model incorporates heavy-duty, cast iron trivets and a removable, full width slide out waste tray. Each Migali Hot plate burner is rated at 25,000 BTUs and can be manually adjusted.
